About the artist

Hello, I'm Vinn Pang, an urban pop-expressionist painter working from my cozy home studio with the help of my husband, and we live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I often express myself through vibrant colours and sometimes through the word of God.

IM BOLD, AND MY BIGGEST WISH IS TO BRING COLOURS, VIBRANCY, COURAGE TO THE WORLD AND INSPIRE OTHERS TO EMBRACE WHO THEY REALLY ARE.

BACKGROUND

I started painting since eight years old. I got my Degree in Film and Animation from Multimedia University Malaysia and worked for a post production house for a couple of years.

I started my art career right after my first job at the age of 24, by painting wall murals together with my then great partner Haze Long. We painted on mostly huge walls, canvases and products for big clients. We parted ways in 2013 and i started performing speed painting on the stage building my own brand.

I paint biblical art in the church during worship sessions too. Some of the art pieces were donated.

I'm married to my wonderful husband, Ian.

We have two beautiful children together, Enoch and Evangeline.

VISION

That little independence of performing on the stage sparked such delight within my heart and is core to my vision as an artist and a mother to an autistic child - that is to bring my work to the world with joy and courage, no matter how difficult life may seem, we can always find strength from Him and Him alone.

Stepping into the near future, my hope is to bring more inspiring modern blibical art especially to the younger generations, help them find excitement and joy in art, so they may face the unknown with more courage and affirmation from the above, discover themselves in the spiritual journey with boldness and be more expressive.

I'm all into home decor and believe a vibrant piece of artwork is always a key to brighten up a space in an instant.
